Nubodi (Colon Cure) SCAM!!! REFUSE TO GIVE REFUND THRU LIES Las Vegas Nevada

I first received a email about this ColonCure during the month of January 2008. So on January 28, 2008, I order the Trial for $3.95, and I did not receive product until February 9, 2008 (Saturday). On February 11, 2008 while checking my bank account online I notice a pending transaction for $89.31. I call my bank about the transaction, they told me the name of the company that charge my bankcard was Nubodi at this phone number 801-208-7485. I called them that morning about 10:05 am EST, spoke to one guy, who sound friendly, offered to give me my refund of $89.31.

Three hours later I check my bank account online and I was surprised, Nubodi charge me another $89.31. That's right they charge me $89.31 twice, getting a total of $178.62 in one day. On February 14, 2008 after the two charges posted to my bank account I filed a dispute with my bank. The bank stated that it would take up to 120 days to resolve.

As of today March 3, 2008 I have not receive no refund. I call the Better Business Burea and they told me to go online to www.vergasbbb.org to file a complaint, which I did. I also did some research while I was on this website I found a email address m8491499@yahoo.com, which is a representative of Nubodi. I emailed this person and they responsed, but they had the old excuse again. So I will stay on them until they give me back what is rightfully mines
