Real slick and tricky. You order a small sample for 3.95 with the agreement you have 14 days to sample the product, and accept or reject their offer. The 14 days starts from the day of the order and they don't send the sample. They then send you your first order. $89 and some change comes out of your account before you receive your order.

You call to cancel and are put on hold and told there are 24 callers ahead of you. I called three times and each time was told there were 24 callers ahead and each call took exactely one minute. I toughed it out and waited 26 minutes for customer service. They weren't going to let me cancel my order, but after some haranguing they agreed. Of course I had to then go to the bank and cancel my bank card. I don't understand why the Attorney General of the state of Utah lets so many scams operate out of their state.
