I had only requested the free trial which came on a Saturday, day 13 so that day 14 was a Sunday. Oh surprise! You can't send mail on Sundays. When I called on Monday day 15 the CSR said she would refund my money. That was over a month ago. I have since spoken to two other people there and I have not seen my refund.
