After ordering (online) PC Utility Kit from NubrandSsoftware, I received a Product Key via email. This was paid via credit card through a company named Safe Cart. They also had a software technician (with my permission ... oops) enter my computer to download everything.

Two days later, the software was missing, as well as AVG ant virus and Microsoft Security Essentials.

A few hour after that, my computer went black!

It is back working now with all antivurses gone and I cannot reach this company.It was a frustating experience.
