nubrillance I returned the product canceled within free trial period and they charged my acct twice was told there is nothing they can do about it but the first charge occured during my free trial period then the Internet

I called on 12/15/11 to cancel my order and let them know i was returning the product. it was just not worth the money and it did not work.it was shipped out on 12/16/11 I have a return receipt. the first charge went through on the 22 i did not receive it in my home till the 23of nov. first they tell me they shipped out cream and that there was nothing they could do to just return the product.second phone call oh no thats the monthly charge until we get our product back. ok fine hire someone who knowa what they are talking about. then i get hit with another charge for something i never ordered or authorized and if i understand the girl correctly amber it will keep coming you cant cancel future shipments? this is not hat the other girl told me "they forgot to cancel future shipments!!!!!!!!!!!! so now i am out close to $200.00 so which is it? Im angry and very pissed offf plus Ocean First bank is charging me Overdraft fees and will not stop payment because the co said i ordered it NEVER and any orders should of been stopped on the 15 of dec so much for customer service then when I tried to close my acct I couldnt because payment to nubrillance was still pending this is a nightmare now how long do i have to wait to get my money back? plus its costing me more postage to send out what i never ordered in the first place ! and now i have to track the original package which was mailed on the 16 of dec  i will never again order from tv they do and did not disclose charges and sent me product i said i did not want
