Nue MD ( EMR company) A company which continued to made fradulent charges to my account,after we switched to another EHR never returned phone calls, Georgia Internet

I am writing this as an extremely disgruntled client of a company named Nue MD. This company is extremely unprofessional in handling all bussiness issues.

They are a money grubbing business , once i discontinued their serices in October 2016, they still continues to withdraw money from my credit card account. Upon wasting hours of my time, i was finally able to speak to someone called" Nushan "in the admin who stated that "yes! we have wrongly over charged your credit card and i will go to accounts myself and see why this mistake happened?" After that I waited for about 1 week to see if the money was reimbursed but nothing seemed to be happening.

I ,again tried to contact them multiple times but was placed on hold for like 30 mins to 45 mins at any given time, I finally gave up frustrated, disputed my charges with my credit card company and hope that this company will get sued.

I as a physician would have never thought that an EMR company can be this fradulent.

I think someone needs to investigate  the wrong doings of this comapny for I am sure that multiple frauds are being commited there.
