I ordered their supplement Marine-D3 and tried it for 4 months, no difference. I emailed customer service and requested to cancel auto shipping and charging my credit card. I received a reply from Katie Lyons, Customer Service 877-229-2642 saying that any future shipments had been canceled. I less than 2 weeks I received an email notice of a 1 month supply being shipped and my credit card was charged. Four days later I received an email saying the product has been shipped. Do NOT do business with this company as they are unethical in their business practices and will not cancel any shipment and continue to charge your credit card.

I can't remember why, but I had called my bank and we got on the subject of recurring monthly charges, and the person on the phone was able to help me stop all of the recurring charges I wanted stopped. I hate it when you fill out an online form for a sample and you get enrolled in a auto-ship program. If you start from the bank, you stop auto charges, just like cutting off the head of the snake.
