Ordered 14 day trial. The trial period begins the day you order, which is not stated in any invoice or packing slip. In fact there is no contact info in the packing slip. The product did not ship for 5 days and then arrived 5 days after that. I cancelled within 14 days of receipt, and was still charged $99.95.
