I ordered Explosive Muscle and Testosterone Reload on line in March, 2017 after reading the testimony of a couple of endorsers. The Free Samples cost $5.99 for Shipping and Holding only. But a few days later, I was charged $79.93 and $89.95. To add insult to injury, I was again charged $79.93 and $89.95 in April, 2017.

I complained to their customer service and the explanation was I should have called them in March to cancel my subscription because delivery is automated after your first order. I was instructed by their Jesele R in an email to return the April delivery and only then will they initiate refund.

On May 4, 2017, I again called inquiring about the refund after confirmation from UPS thet the returned items were received by Nutra Health on May 3, 2017.

Karen informed me that they have initiated a $73.94 refund on May 3, 2017 which has not been credited to my account yet. She said she will send another $85.00 today, May 4, 2017. She explained that these are the only refund which will be processed because the March payments will not be refunded due to the 30 day rule.

I was baited to purchase the items by paying the SHipping and Handling for $5.99 then I was charged $79.93 and $89.95 without my knowledge and they switched my order to automatic.

I reuested to speak to their Supervfisor or CEO to clear the matter but they don't want to divulge the names of their superiors.

I will never again purchase from this Company!
