Nutra Now Elite Nutra Now  On 8/16/2017 I signed up for a free trial paying shipping charges of $4.99. I never received any products. On 10/17/2017 my account was charged $79.99. I contacted them as to why but was told I do not have an account with them and that they would not refund me without an account. I have since canceled my credit card account and filed a formal dispute with my bank. Nationwide

I signed up for a Free Trial- never received any products. Requested cancellation of membership and refund of the shipping cost of the Free Trial. This was back on 8/16/22017. Never heard back from them nor received a refund. Then on 10/17/2017 my account was charged $79.99 without any authorization or explanation of (order). I have Never received any products from this company and when I called the phone # on their website I was told they do not have an account for me and asked for my credit card info. I did Not give any information and was told they would Not refund me without an account with them. I have since closed that credit card account and filed a formal complaint with my bank.
