I recently ordered products from this company, after 3 weeks of waiting for delivery I attempted to contact them about my order. After 4 days of trying to contact them I received the following from the company with respects to my order;

Mr X,

I have processed your refund for $

It was a pleasure reading your email, I sit and laugh to think of you wishing you could get a hard on, you pathetic limped d**k little nothing. You get your jollies insulting everyone and everything around you in an effort to make your impotent, insignificant self seem less worthless and as far as your idle threats .well all I have to say is I dont have worry about the cost of ticketsI own a plane.

Best of luck with your pitiful life, grow up loser.

Customer Service Rep Revenge

I am a CS rep for Nutralabs, the owner has been brought into this with out his knowledge or consent and I'm sure i'll lose my job if he finds out.
Anyway, anyone who does what i do ( dealing with the public everyday) or can at least appreciate my position can empathize with the day to day frustration of dealing with nasty customers. Most of them roll of my back and in most cases i just ignore the barrage of negativity that is spewed at me all day.
but with this guy i snapped, and you get to read from this customer what a horrible company we are.
Looking at the whole picture though, you might find that I retaliated in a fashion that was not necessarily polite but suitable for the situation with this particular customer. Below i have attached the emails sent to our office, these were followed by 6 nasty and very childish phone calls made by this customer.

product ordered 2-9
1st email 2-11
" where is my purchase, why has it not shipped, why is this taking so long, why dont you awnser my e-mail, what the heck kind of biz are you running a scam? a rip off? what the f**k?
2nd email later that day....
"i have tried and tried to contact you about my order, nobody is responding.
i am left with no choice but to contact the local authorities in NY and have them investigate you for thieft or fraud or both. it is f**ked up companies like your that give everyone a bad reputation. i certianly hope that you f**king choke on the 60.00 you stole from me.
if you think this is a light hearted e-mail, think again. plane tickets to your city are cheap right now. i will find your door step you f&#@ing thief
now go yuckforself in the bathroom a*****e(s)"

now after my frustrated response
last email 2-12

"Strange the FAA doesnt show you, or your fraud of a company, listed as owning an airplane? shure you are not thinking of that little toy plane your boyfriend bought you last Christmas? why is it that all the generaly f#@ked up pepople in the world seem to come from New York? It must be the lack of consideration for humanity that exsist only on the east coast. or is it the simple fact that everyone over there is just a plain old as#@ole?


thank for the refund, i will spend it on pornos and beer instead

now, did i over react? well yeah i should be more of a pro, but every once in a while we all get road rage, great company though!
