I ordered a NutriBullet system on February 20, 2014 online wherein I signed up for their offer of two systems for the price of one.  Ultimately, I was charged a "processing fee" and a final amount online was not shown until I submitted my credit card information for payment.  I sent an email to Customer Service as the website directed to immediately cancel my order.

I received an email stating that my request would take up to three days for processing.  Three days later, I receive an email that the order had been shipped.  

I tracked the order via FedEx and ultimately, it showed that the package was "undeliverable" (note: it was shipped to a business address) and being returned to the sender.  I then call the company to relay their unacceptable customer service and to again, cancel the order wherein I am told that I have to wait for the company to receive the returned order.  So, I wait some more while tracking the package back to California.  

Upon several inquiries to FedEx and no updates other than that it was in that vicinity, I call customer service.  She tracks the package with me on the telephone and states that, again, I am unable to receive my refund of $182.77 unti the package is received.  I indicated that since she was tracking the package and could see that I obviously did not have the package and since I had NEVER received the package at any point since my purchase a month ago, I demanded my refund and wanted to speak to a supervisor.  I am placed on hold.  

She comes back on the line and indicates that they will mail me a form for having never received the product and that will "expedite" my refund.  I asked to speak with a supervisor again since they had my email address on file and that this experience overall with their company was unacceptable.  I am placed on hold.

She then tells me that her supervisor has "put the refund through" and I request an email to that effect.  I received nothing.  No email, no refund.  Worst online purchase experience ever.
