This is a US company and does not have a phone number that I can access from Canada to even talk to any one to try to resolve this issue. Phoenix Arizona

I foolishly order some pills to try as a cleanse and weightloss.  The deal was just pay for shipping which was to be $4.99 each.  The payment went through no problem and I recieved the shipment within days as the add said I would.  A week ago they company took $82.31 and $93.26 from my account.  I send an email to the company requested the funds be returned.  I recieved a standard email back stating I should phone the 800 number however as a Canadian residence I can not make the call.  I sent a second email requesting a number I could call from Canada and recieved the same email back.  As a result of this action from this company I have had to stop access to my account to avoid further loss.  My bank is not able to stop further payments so I will need to creat a new account oe risk the company continuing to with draw funds.
