Nuvell Finance Co Repoed my 2005 Hyndai Elantra claiming I had to come up with $1500.00 to get the car back within 15 days. Had money less than 7 days to pick up car. Car was already sold! Internet

Financed a 2005 Huyndai Elantra in 2005. Paid on it for four yrs! Came into financial stress in 2008, due to government cuts in salary. Tryed to refinance, told me because I was late with my payments, could not. But I could arrange for deferred payment of two months. Arranged for deferred payment for two months. One week later received harassing calls, everyday, five times per day. They make you feel like you're a failure and a low life deadbeat because you are behind in your payments. Fell behind two payments, explained the problem and that I would catch up right away. Continued to call me three to five times a day, running up my cell phone bill and burning up the battery. Repoed my car at 3:30 am, 12 days before Christmas! Told me I had 15 days to to come up with $1500.00 and could pick up my car. Car was supposed to be at Nade Repo Ctr in Bordentown, NJ. Came up with the money in 5 days and called the number repo man gave me so I could go get my car. Told me car was not there and transfered me to another number. Person on other end of line told me car was sent to PA for auction and was already sold! I believe this was done because I only had 33,000 miles, excellant condition (still new and well maintained), loaded. I only had one more year and the car would have been paid off!
