This company has terrible practices such as customer harrassment. They do not even wait until your payment is late before your phone is ringing 25 times a day. Then when you call them you cant get a name of who you are speaking to and every representative gives you wrong information about your account not to mention that no one makes a note on your account when you call in and inquire about your account. The amount you owe them constantly changes because they add fees and charges that they do not notify you about and when you call them they are extremely nasty.

I want to know if there are any customers out there who would be willing to join in a class action suit against Nuvell and GMC for that matter because now their website is down and I'm hearing that they were closed. Now most customers probably wont be able to get accurate information regarding their accounts. I never received any correspondence that they were closing. So now I am trying to make a payment and if you call on the phone I cant get a representative, all I get is a hold feature then it cuts off. So where are we supposed to send payments?

For any of the dissatisfied customers out there let me know how we could move forward with a suit because the poor working class people are always being abused by these corporate capitalistic companies that prey on us and take our hard earned dollars not to mention that Nuvell is NOTORIOUS for reporting wrong information about your payment history on your credit report. If we dont take a stand no one will fight for us!
