NV Energy is a Rip Off. These shocking behaviors by Reno and Nevada businesses give a further black-eye to Reno and Nevada which are increasingly becoming and known as A Blighted Ghost-town and State both only to be way avoided.

It pretty much refutes EVERY ONE of your stupid allegations of "brain scrambling",
The "smart digital meters" also send encrypted data on power usage ONLY about 24 times a day for a total send time, in 24 hours, of about 3 seconds.
And they WILL have capabilities by internet or phone for YOU to monitor your daily usage..neat huh?
Of course, we all know the big bad company is lying to us and just trying to spy on us and keep us under their thumb...right?
I have smart metering on my solar power and my gas meter and it hasn't sent any "private information" or affected my mind (more than the usual.)
Lock your doors, they're out to get you.

How, by having a digital meter will criminals be able to tell which homes are unoccupied?
What "private information" will be broadcast across the state?
It sends encoded data showing power usage...that's ALL! It ONLY is sent to your power company.
This saves the power company the cost of sending a reader out each month and usually allows you to go on their website and look at your daily usage...very cool.
Adjust your tinfoil hat, some of those broadcasts ARE scrambling your brains...if any.
If you put foil on all your windows, you may be able to deflect some of this harmful energy.
You have a few screws loose.
