Please do not make the same mistake as I did and take anything these guys say seriously. They are all over monster, careerbuilder, and other career sites with many different names for positions that do not exist.

They are not offering careers and are wasting unknowing college grads time trying to get them to sit in a tent at NASCAR events selling car washing products.

On the phone they told me that this was a 45,000 base salary job to get me to the interview and when I get there they tell me its a 25,000 base salary job with commissions.  I was very clear on the phone when I asked what is the base salary without commissions. Also when asked mrs. Liz Hernandez said that job is marketing events with a fortune five hundred company and you will be doing stuff with finance and. Bs bs.. bs completely misrepresenting the job for what it is

This place is located it what appears to be a storage facility with a bunch of cargo trucks parked next it.  I knew there was something wrong as soon as I got there in sat in the cramped small space they had for a lobby and filled out the opening application asking. Do you have any moving violations? Do you have a reliable car which just proved my theory of this job being bogus.  Obviously that means that company car is not provided and they expect you to wear your car out doing business for them.

So after I sat in the closet of a lobby for five minutes the president of NVS came in to greet me.  Appears this entire marketing group consists of a receptionist and a president.   This pudgy lil fat man took me through the hall which was dark as could be because they probably have no money for electricity and they would like to hide all the crappy stuff they have up as decorations in this place which consists of some pictures of cars printed off a computer stuck on the wall and some nascar memorabilia.  I might as well have been in red necks a trailer in Mississippi.

After this guy asking me extremely basic questions for about 30 seconds and him pointing the product which was some kind of waxing and cleaning car products and then pointing out a picture of the tent I would be sitting in to sell his product at nascar events ( also printed out from a computer on crap paper). He then told me the base was 25,000 and he wanted me to come to a second interview where I would go to one of these events and work for free and get people to buy his product.

PLEASE if you have a college education do not take these guys seriously do not waste your time and gas to go to in interview for these low lifes.

Not a rebuttal

AUTHOR: Blues - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 07, 2012

I completely agree with you about NVS.. As a previous employee a long time ago I worked with the "president". I was desperate for a job and saw the posting. So I applied and got a call from some girl kristy or some bs of the sort. So I went for an interview. Everything was bogus. U don't get a salary unless u sell a certain amount of product. It's commission only n it's only 30%. U hav to work 6 days a week at least 12 hrs. There isn't room for growth n the boss is a complete pervert n a*****e. I understand that not every company is perfect. But this is a complete MLM comp. the "president" still lives with his parents and he's lik 30 years old. And when I was working there all the employees were not even making enough to live on their own.. They had 5 employees living n a 2 bedroom apt.. Wit no furniture or food.. It's a complete joke.. Please dont waste ur time.. I am so sorry to all those ppl that fell for this bs..

NVS Marketing sucks

AUTHOR: 91766 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 12, 2011

NVS Marketing is not what you think. Take it from me i use to work with the company. They will do you in. The company is not right and will lie to you and mislead and make you think you are getting salary + comission. The company is very disorganized. They will doc your check if you don't make any sales or hold your check from you when it is payday. That means you will not receive your check when you are suppose to get it. I live far from Monrovia(where the company is at), I was spending more money going to Monrovia than what I was making at this BS job. They want you to use and abuse your car to go where they want you to go, and they do not even give you gas money. What is up with that ? It is bad enough I have to drive from Chino Hills, and they want me to drive to Malibu with no money in my pocket or in my gas tank. Yes, it's ridiculous. NVS Marketing brainwashes there employees to lie to customers to sell their product. Jimmy is the boss at the location of this company. He is Ruthless. One day I had a cough and was feeling sick and I tried to take the day off, because I felt it was very unprofessional to be coughing and sneezing on customers and he still wanted to send me to go out and try to make sales. I quit the job right then and there, it was my best decision after a $40 dollar check for 2 weeks of work. It just was not worth it. I did not get sick until I started working at this place, they want you to approach people at gas pumps to sell their wax running to grab cans of wax and inhaling gas fumes and brake dust. It's Hazardous to your health, don't do it if you are interested the job. It is not worth your health. This company is in desperate need of employers that they don't care about. I mean come on, their on Craigslist under general labor and they post everyday that they need people to work for them. How low is that you got to post on Craigslist to get people to work for your company. Bottom line just don't even waste your time to work for this company.

NVS Marketing

AUTHOR: Taylor - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 15, 2011

Thank you for letting everyone know about your experience with NVS.  The ad I saw said to call
Elisa to set up an appointment for an interview or e mail the resume.  I thought it was strange
that they would take phone calls before seeing your resume.  Frankly, their ad seemed a little desperate. Sure, jobs are hard to find but I'm not going to spend my own gas money, at $4.00 a gallon and work for free.  Interviewer was not honest and upfront with the position in the first
place which makes me wonder if I did work for them, would there be a problem with my paycheck.

Thank you for posting on this company

They keep calling, texting and emailing me for an interview... I never submitted a resume!  This "company" seems like a total farce and I wouldn't fall for their BS.  AND, lmao, you can TOTALLY tell that the positive comments about this "company" are from the guy and girl who work there.  You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourselves.  Only scum takes advantage of people, especially in a horrible economy.  College educated or not, this "business" is feeding on our need for employment... move on, you'll find that job!!

Hard time finding Work

AUTHOR: Looking for work - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, January 22, 2011

I needed to respond to this obviously upset college graduate. Listen, even college graduates are having a hard time finding work now. Why let your frustration at Not finding the ideal job ruin it for someone that has looked for work for over a year?

Fnding work in todays economy is Hard. I know i have looked for work for over a year and found nothing, no responses no nothing. They may not have the salary you were looking for but at 25,000 bse salary i can get along and would gladly take the job if it was offered. I am in No position to refuse a job as i am over 50 years of age. Even the government thinks anyone over 50 is beyond being gainfully employed. I for one would take that job and run with it, and not look back because, one i am a hard worker given the chance and two i need the money.

Think twice before you bat your pretty lil college graduate eyes at a job that will pay you to sell their product or even consider you for a position there. Some day you just might have to go back there to look for work. It could happen unless you find your "Dream Job". Highly unlikely as college graduates are in the same boat as everyone else right now. We the unemployed compete with the folks already working and complaining about their jobs for those very same jobs. If they complain too loudly look out im right behind you to take that job when they fire you for complaining.

Word of advice take it or not...find a job work hard and dont complain.

What The Hell Are You Talking About?

AUTHOR: Anon54 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 14, 2010

I am responding to the last "rebuttal" if you want to call it that.

I don't see where anyone claimed to go to Harvard as you allege.

I commented on the person's spelling AND grammar which you obviously did not see, and your reply was nonsensical.

What does Bill Gates have to do with NVS Marketing?  Bill Gates is a computer genius who started Microsoft.

You. are. an. idiot.

This guy needs a JOB

AUTHOR: Needtoshutup - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 21, 2010

Sorry I had to write a rebuttal about this persons comment.  He claims he has a degree from Harvard but in actuality he is one of those people that assumes he will get a 6 figure income. I know he did not say he graduated from Harvard but i know his type very well indeed. Lets be real 25k isn't much but thats what a 4 family member income is these days during a economical crisis.  Just because you wont work at this company doesn't mean you have to criticize on what the companies all about. I know people that do not even have jobs and would be glad working for any company right now and they are probably more experienced than yourself and i bet my house on that and from that I see so many disgruntled people on this site claiming Walmart is a hoax or Target is a scam or Mcdonalds runs a sweat shop in the back.  I laugh at people like you because even with your little hissie fit moments thinking your doing something good for the public your type makes the economy even worse. And i notice you said on your last rebuttal to fix your grammar?  But you actually meant to correct the spelling this shows how low you are as well "HAHAHAH" I truely think you and I Make Money are both morons and you guys probably need to get a reality check but unlike you or him or whoever im here to advanced in life just watch inspirational movies such as "Pursuit of Happyness" and you will realize people actually become something from nothing even if it pays 25k. If I was to get paid 25k today but promised to make 100k next year lets do it because thats what this company is all about and thats what big time CEO's such as bill gates did to make a name for himself.

Rebuttal to "I Make Money"

AUTHOR: Anon54 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 10, 2009

First of all...I had the same experience the gentleman writing the report had.  Liz Hernandez was the only person I saw.  She is receptionist, HR and everything else around that place.

The place is about as divey as you can get.  I had a hard time finding it because it is in a place that used to be a Public Storage

I was also told that if I were hired that I would have to shadow someone for no pay.  That is ridiculous.  I applied for a job in PR when there was no such job.

Now to "I Make Money."  I doubt it.  You don't know how to spell...your grammar is atrocious and you were obviously set up the company to write this rebuttal.

Why does this guy have to have a family that sells oranges for God's sakes?  And why does he have to be a f**got because you don't like his review?

You didn't do the company any favors with your idiotic rebuttal.  You just showed that you are racist and homophobic and I really want to work for a company that has the likes of you defending it.

Multi Level Companys

AUTHOR: IMAKEMONEY - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 20, 2009

Well first of all I used to work for this company and also another company similar to it in orange county.  It seems to be good to be true but to be honest its a real company that offere real opportunities.  Take my word I personally seen 2 people get their own office during my stay at my last company in Orange county. Only reason why I left is because after my 3 months with the company I knew it wasnt something for me.  I would consider letting my son work in a company like this but not me.  And to the guy that said this is a scam or a hoax your probably a guy that thinks any job that you need to actually work is a scam because your one of those lazy dumbasses that wants a desk job because you have a phys degree.  Get a life and good luck finding a job because if you did not notice a job is really hard to find.  Also if you knew their was something bogus about the buisness why did you stay? shows how despereate you are for a job, your family probably sell oranges and your ashames of it f*g*t.
