This report comes from a bystander. I am only reporting because I have observed customers being taken advantage of by Brandon Relkoff.

Some honest brokers believing that he was a "private lender" sent Brandon Relkoff from NW Capital Group, Inc. home loans as well as commercial loans. I KNOW of several instances when, under the pretense of being a lender or investor, Brandon Relkoff has required and received due-dilligence fees from the clients' of the brokers, often thousands of dollars.

Brandon Relkoff is very convincing in leading the brokers and their clients to believe that loans are being obtained. He sets up conference calls in which he reassures every party that everything is on track. However, NEVER meets his deadlines.

He strings everyone along for his ride. He'll give every excuse in the book. He'll say, "My computer wasn't working." "I'm having e-mail troubles". "I've been in meetings". "I'm out traveling". "I'm looking at other properties". "My brother is in the hospital"... You name it.

What is more concerning to me is that, in some cases, Brandon Relkoff will go as far as providing closing loan documents, which he'll have every party sign, yet he will never fund.

Though, there is more to the story. I have chosen to be as general as possible. There are details and facts that I'm hoping will some day come to light.

I am staying anonymous but I would caution anyone out there to NOT pay due-dilligence fees to NW Capital Group, Inc. and Brandon Relkoff as all indication leads me to think that he's in it for the fees only. From what I've observed, he's not in it with good intentions.

This is the dumbest thing, but i guess when people post ( Fraudulent ) things on the internet and know one ever verifies it you must do it-

1- Not only was my Brother in the ( Hospital ) he was at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle Washington. He contracted MRSA and was in and out of this Hospital over a 4-6 week period.

2- My Computer / Laptop wasnt working, feel free to call ( Lacey Coop ) she is a case Manager with HP. You can call her at 877-917-4380 ( Ext 08 ). This PC is an HP Tablet, since i do travel and needed to be able to work i purchased this at ( Best Buy ). When it died and stopped working it was 10 Days old.

3- Anyone that uses ( www.godaddy.com ) for email hosting can tell you that this service has problems. We have a full list of ticket numbers for complaints and a full list of all the people we talk to about are issues. We have used this site for awhile it has always had problems.

4- I do attend lots of meetings and I do travel alot for ( Business ). All fully documented.

These arent excuses they are facts-

I am amazed that this site allows people to post things without putting there name on it . But for someone to rebutt this we need to post with out name and all our information.

This site is a ( Rip Off ), the owner of this site when asked after this was posted said he wouldnt remove this posting. Then they contacted me via email and said they would allow me to pay $ 5000.00 to join with a membership and that would clear off this entry.

But at this point it has already been posted and I refused. People can post anything about you at anytime.

What this posting dosent say is all the events leading up to this, it also dosent say who posted it. It also dosent say anything about what happened on Saturday and that during those events this posting popped up. Also not included in this post is all the events over the last few weeks that really led up to the blowout on Saturday.

The owner of this site offered me another offer, for $ 5000 he would tell me who posted this info about me . He even went as far as telling me that all email addresses and personal info is required just to post.

We are a ( Direct Lender / Investor ) we lend our money and also lend money via our investors. We dont work on ( Residential Deals ). We work on ( Commercial Deals and Income Property Deals ).

Due - Diligence Fees are not always charged and not always required. In some cases where we know for a fact the deal will require a ( Site Inspection ) or ( Title Work ) also ( Appraisals of Collateral ). We are in the business to lend money, we are not in the business to spend money to do work for people and then if they decide to walk away we just loose what we spent.

Due - Diligence Fees are there to make sure our clients have skin in the game, i dont need to run all over the country spending money on appraisals and inspections for people that are just testing the waters or shopping us around.

We are not Brokers, we are not Residential Brokers. We lend Private Hard Money on Transactions that are Secured by Collateral.
