NW Public Safety Supply Undelivered Slither II Lightbar Springdale Arkansas

First off, I have saved every email correspondance between myself and MR. Miller. So I have the facts. We never once were offered a different product. That is a lie either from NWAPSA to you or from you to your post. We were never kept up to date on anything. I ordered the lightbar on 8/28/08. I did not hear a response untill I asked for it on 10/3/08 which was still within what was quoted for shipping time. I did not here from Mr. Miller again untill 12/2/08 when I told him that I needed a response or I wouuld have to take action. At this point Mr. Miller stated that he was stopping shipment. On 12/4/08 he stated that he was trying to get it turned around and shipped back. On 12/31 he responded that we had demanded a refund and the order had been canceled. Which is the first time that I asked to cancel the order. On 1/7/09 tried to charge me a restocking fee. I sent him 3 requests for transfer on PayPal and on 2/4/09 after filing a claim with the BBB I finally received a refund.

I am now being contacted via email from another lightbar contractor that I am being sued for defamation for this complaint. This is the email.

"My name is XXXX XXXXXX. I own XXXXX Safety Systems which is a large group of Emergency Vehicle Equipment Suppliers across the the United States.
One of which is NWA Public Safety Supply. Jason Shaner and Shay Belcher who are representing Rivers Edge Towing (Shaner Enteprise Inc) has placed a ad on rip Off report stating that Matt Miller took money from him then refused to send a product.

As you may have already received the letter from our Atty, We will file in Hood River County Court on June 23rd for defamation of character charges against Shay Belcher, Jason Shaner and River's Edge Towing. This posting has all but closed down NWA Public Safety Supply and many other small Police and Fire owned Dealers nation wide, whom are also interested in a Class Action.

To point out some facts, Matt Miller did not TAKE moneyas you noted. The buyer entered a payment into Paypal and it wasnt to Matt Miller.
He is just the employee who answered the customer service email. Matt Miller will be filing his own Law Suit when he returns to his residence in July in Eugene, Oregon as this event as resulted in his job loss, divorce and loss of his Arkansas home and has accepted the position as a temporary Radio DJ in Eugene.

We will assist by providing his Atty all TRUE copies of the order, The shipping information/Tracking information as well as the copy of the break of contract by Shay Belcher and Jason Shaner. We have 26 emails from Customer's who have pointed out the Ad posted along with their cancellations on their orders, resulting in a loss of money. NWAPSS, a completly Firefighter Ran company has done $275,000 per year for 10 years. since the posting we are forcasted to do $11,000. We will seek full compensation.

As per State and Federal Law, Shay Belcher, Jason Shaner and River's Edge Towing has committed the crime of Defamation of Character; Falsely reporting Lies which result in the loss of money to persons or buisnesses by means of Slander via Web posting.

I am asking for your assistance in Ceasing and Assisting prior to June 23rd when Hood County is Scheduled to hear our argument and receive our documentations.

If I am not mistaken, Your order was refunded. Unlike the Lie posted on the Internet, which pulls up at the top of a Google search when looking for NW Public Safety Supply.

Clearly this is an intimidation tactic, and it will not work. I have called the Hood River Circuit Court and they have no record of this. There is no meeting on June 23rd.

If your going to make such a report you should put the whole story down on record. You were not ripped off. You ordered a product that was brand new in the market and required an 5 to 8 week lead time. Tomar Ind was selling the same product then private labled it and put a copyright on that product, then filed a complaint on NWA for copyright infringment.

They didnt do anything wrong. They were getting screwed by a corporation. That is just buisness. It happens. Federal Signal did it to Viper Lightbars and now owens their web domain. I know for a fact the details of this issue becouse we were a Distributor for NWA before becoming a Master Distributor ourselves. They franticly were trying to recover and emailed all of us trying to see if we had something instock to ship to you. You were kept upto date on this order then refunded when they relized they were not going to receive their shipment. They offered you a better product at no extra cost but instead you did everything you could to bury them in nothing but heart ach. No wonder why you have been listed on the Blacklist by SEVERAL Dealers and Distributors. Dont come shopping at our sites, please. Your claim is wrong, dishonest and cant beleive the lengths you have gone to put a Firefighter ran company out. Your lucky you arent getting sued.
