I had been contacted several years ago by a private investigator regarding a title loan I had with NW Title. I was informed that the title was never paid off even though I know I paid it off over the phone. I then sold my car but never got my title back from NW Title Loans. I was informed by Celeste that they could mail it to me since I have been a long standing customer. The big mistake I made was agreed to having my title mailed. Never do business with them as they screw things up and loose important documents like a title.
