12-18-2009 received complete refund of all money invested into the product. I was placed of a bad customer list by Matt Miller for simply requesting refund. I never got to speak to him, only through email. He stated the delay was because I never responded he is the exact wording from google

Matt Miller Customer sent many emails requesting status. Replys sent with request for color specification details. Customer has now sent rude emails. This customer placed on National Black List

This customer placed on National Black List" I did send request on the status of my order I have never recieved anything from you if you did send request for the color itr was never recieved. I specified the color with the order not clear why I am on the national black list. I paid promtly I requested info after giving you ample time to complete the order with no response not sure where I am at fault. Can you please reply to me with the real reason also, please put in print where I was rude.

I am just glad to be done with this transaction.
