CONSUMERS AND BUSINESSES PLEASE BEWARE! "If you cannot trust the businessman, you cannot trust the business." This company DEFRAUDED me and my company for $1472.99!

On October 17, 2014, Reza Ardebili and Awilda Abreu, ordered some lighting panels from our company. The order was processed on PayPal.com. Each panel comes in its own individual box. Each box contains (1) panel, (1) driver, and (2) springs. The driver itself is separate from the panel.

On Friday, October 31, 2014 the packages were delivered in Kew Gardens, NY 11415 to the buyer.

After receiving the order the buyer opened a case in PayPal, and claimed the drivers for some of the panels were not working (he needed a different voltage on the drivers for the job he was doing). I then sent him a prepaid shipping label to return only these drivers back. He claimed he needed the replacement drivers immediately for his electrician so they could be installed. I told the buyer I would ship him those replacements. (20) of these were dimmable drivers, which costs more because of its capability. The buyer was sent an invoice for $102.60 for the (20) dimmable drivers he ordered and the replacement drivers shipped out right away on November 5.

The package was delivered Friday, November 7, 2014 at 12:43 PM. Unfortunately, the buyer still has not completed payment on the invoice for the (20) dimmable drivers; it was still pending. I contacted the buyer that day, he said he tested some of the drivers and they were working, and that he would call me back after testing the rest. Unfortunately, the buyer never contacts me back all weekend, and the box containing the returned drivers the buyer sent back had missing parts in the box. (3) drivers were missing, and the invoice still was not paid for the dimmable drivers.

Monday, November 9, 2014, I attempted to contact the buyer. He answered, within 3 seconds the call ended. I assumed maybe the call disconnected. I tried (2) more attempts, no answer and the last call went to voicemail. Maybe it was an inconvenient time for him. So, I tried contacting the buyer via email. No response or call back has been made to date. On November, 16, 2014 at 3:46 PM, the pending invoice for the (20) dimmable drivers were cancelled by the buyer, without payment.

The buyer also never informed PayPal that I shipped him the replacement drivers and that they were working on the panels, and became completely unresponsive through all forms of communication. On Tuesday, November 18, 2014, the PayPal case was closed in favor of the buyer. Even though I submitted valid information, and the buyer

(1) still has the original order with the replacement drivers
(2) has only returned 47 out of 50 drivers
(3) and still has not paid the $102.60 invoice.

Still, there has been no communication from the buyer. Even though there was communication from the time the order was placed on October 17, during the days in between until November 7 when the replacement order was delivered.

Based on the information in PayPal, the buyer gave PayPal the return tracking number for the prepaid postage I gave him for the drivers he sent back, and claimed it was the whole order. Without informing PayPal it was an exchange for a replacement, and not a return. The buyer abused the PayPal Purchase Protection policy, our policies in the Terms & Conditions, and the law, using fraud and unethical business practices. The integrity and morals of Reza and the NY Home Owner company is to be questioned and throughly investigated for anyone who associates with them.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT to do business with this company or Reza and his associates. He was extremely rude, and verbally abused our customer service agents through email and phone. He defrauded PayPal with false information to get his money back and keep the whole order. I am quite disappointed to see such unethical business practices from this firm. PLEASE AVOID ALL BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND RUN! Whether you are an consumer or business, this is NOT A SAFE COMPANY to do business with. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save your money and time!!!
