On May 5 2010 we agreed to send a Bogan MCDS3 to NyCo-Systems for repair. This part is used with a school paging / intercom system. They said they could repair it for $128.74 and this was due before repair is started. Note: This was near the end of the school year so the school could not use their intercom system. We were expecting the part back quickly. The part came back one month later and it still did not work. I contacted Nyco-Systems and they had me send it right back and they would repair it under warranty.

Months went by with me leaving VMs and Emails with no response from anybody from NyCo-Systems. I would call and try all the options in their automated phone system. I even tried this during different times of the day hoping to get someone. I sent faxes with notes like ( PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT ME ) and (This is unprofessional and I need my parts back ASAP PLEASE PLEASE Contact me).

So when fall came the school reopened and the schools admin was very unhappy because the system still is not working and we cannot even give them back the parts because NyCo-Systems will not return, repair the parts or even contact us.

So on August 25 2010, I finally got Cindy Rohde on the phone. She said they never got any calls from us, and no emails or faxes. I have all the info to prove I did make the calls from our phone system call logger, email info and copy of the faxes confirmation. But I did not push that. I just told her I need to know what the status of my repair is. She said they could not find the part needed so it was now back ordered. Note: this has been over 60 days. So I asked them to give me an ETA on the backordered part. They came back with the phone is un-repairable. I asked to have the part back and a refund so I could send it to another repair company. I got the phone back on September 10, 2010, Note: 4 months later still not fixed. I still have not received the refund. Adam Nydam emailed me on September 14 that they were processing the refund and I would receive it shortly. I still have not gotten a refund.

SO BE CAREFUL.  This whole deal has cost my company many hours and headaches. We have wasted months with these people. I feel we got ripped off. NyCo-Systems  is not professional. I would never use them and hope you dont either. I will update this if or when I get my refund that Adam said was coming. But I am not holding my breath.
