NYCO Systems Failed to honor obligations - worst service EVER! Rialto, California
In our case, we took them a Heater Impulse Board that they advertised on their website they would repair for $665.28. We paid over $900 and when we asked why the price was so high, we were told "the modules had to be replaced". 2 Months later and after returning it once, we received the board working improperly. This after many phone calls that went unanswered, letter sent complaining and additional emails. They simply do not care about the customer there.
The Impulse Board is still not repaired correctly. We are afraid to send it back as it will be another 2 months. And FYI - to repair one of these, you simply replace all the plug-in electronics and test it. There is no rocket science involved.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE. They have no idea what they are doing and are next to get a lawsuit from us over this Ripoff. I am finishing up the claim I am about to make against them right now. They cost us a customer with their poor customer service.
