Hi Michelle...

I've been doing a little bit of research regarding O2 Sports and Ioni Petrova. It appears that the problems began when Ms. Petrova was unable to pay for the shipping of the items. This is information I received from the Chino Police Department. She currently owes the shipping company over $200,000. I thought I had a clever solution by offering to pay for shipping AGAIN or even to drive down to Chino and pick it up. Ms. Petrova, who has over 30 spas in her possession according to the shipping company, refuses to release these spas and has moved her warehouse. Guess she wasn't honest with the police when she said "shipping fees" were the issue, since I was willing to take care of that out of my pocket - again. She's a con artist and looks for any excuse not to honor her contract.

The criminal issue is that it would be difficult to prove that Ioni Petrova, doing business as O2 Sports, Inc. INTENTIONALLY sold spas without ever planning to deliver them. If we could prove that, then there would be a good possibility that fraud charges would be filed. I think it is important for you and everyone else who has been victimized to contact the San Bernadino District Attorney's Office and speak with someone in their Investigations Bureau. These are specialized investigations that deal mostly with large fraud type cases. See who handles their consumer protection fraud division - it should be someone in their "Specialized Prosecutions Group". If they get enough complaints, they can look into the business practices of O2 Sports and, since they do this on a full-time basis, they may have different resources and exposure than the local police departments. I think that everyone needs to make their voices heard in this matter because I'm sure this is not a legitimate business based on what I've seen. If she is intentionally defrauding people, she needs to be held criminally liable.

As far as class action lawsuits....they are very expensive and the attorney (if you can find one) will walk away with most of the profit. You are better off filing a small claims case - you can do that in the city that you live in, since that is where you lived when the contract was made (i.e. you made the purchase). Its fairly inexpensive and I know in California, you pay $50 if your claim is less than $5000.00.

As someone from UniqueGifts4Less, we are NOT affiliated with O2 Sports, or KSOOD, or whichever other EBAY / company names they may have. We are in the same boat as all of you, as a consumer of this company. We recently purchased items from this company (that being the patio sets) for resale, and had at least 5 damaged peices with little or no response from the owners of O2.

We thought we were getting a good deal on these sets, but apparently this has led to more problems than it is worth. Check our positive feedback on Ebay, you will see we are obviously not in the business of ripping people off, and you can come meet us in person any time you would like to see we are not going anywhere.

We do not sell anything but Patio furniture, so I apologize we do not have any help to offer on any other items they sell. We do have some extra cushions from the sets that were damaged or never arrived to us, if you would like, you can call me directly to see if we have any leftovers from the sets we purchased from O2.

Fact of the matter is we filed our own rippoff report against them. We bought some patio furniture from them, and they failed to live up to their end of the bargain and provide us with all the sets we paid for. yes we did use her HTML code to list some of the items we purchased on ebay, but as anyone can tell from the feedback, we are not in any way connected other than we both sell patio furniture made in china, and i have met Ioni Petrov who owns o2 sports in person.

I have purchased on ebay a furniture set from o2 sports.... Cushions were missing.... never have been able to get in touch with anybody.....

How many accounts will o2 sports use before they are stoped from selling on ebay?????

I checked with a local lawyer here who says that if interested, i need to look for representation in california. he said that the other option would be to sue in indiana, and then transfer the judgement to california (those weren't his words, but i cannot remember the fancy terms). but i cannot sue in indiana, because o2 is not registered to do business in indiana. he said that seeking representation in california could be costly. i noticed that there are some people on here, who live in california. i'm wondering if you can send an email to a lawyer near you, to see what their take on our situation is. thanks,

If youre trying to look for other ripoff reports on this company, do a search using the letter "o" instead....as in o2 Sports. You'll find more useful information.

Please do as the police said and call the better business bureau or file complaint online at their website.

SUBJECT: 02 Sport/Divine Spas Complaints

The internet-based company, 02 Sport/Divine Spas does operate its business within the City of Chino. Numerous complaints have been received by the Chino Police Department from citizens who believe they have been defrauded by this company. As a result of these complaints a thorough investigation has been conducted by the Chino Police Department. The investigation has shown that no criminal violations have occurred. The issues raised by these concerned citizens are civil rather than criminal matters and need to be pursued through the civil court system.

Customers wishing to file a complaint regarding this business are asked to contact the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.com or 909-825-7280). They may also wish to contact the civil court in their area to get more information on pursing this matter through civil court.

I appreciate your response, I'm grateful to you. The whole situation makes me sick when I think about it - I'm very disappointed with my stupidity. Perhaps if enough people are contacting the police department then something will get done. Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I have met this woman in person. The owners name is Ioni Petrov. She is a foreginer here in the USA on a work visa, ripping off hard working, honest American Citizens of their dollars. Please do not do any business with this woman or her company. They are taking your money and have no intention of sending you your merchandise.

If you are trully interested in getting your money back you should call the Chino, California Police Department, the attorney general and file a complaint, call up your credit card company and file a fraud report with them and or your banking institution. Do not take this rip off lying down. There are dozens of honest people like you who have been victims of this company ripping them off, and we all need to do something so that it doesnt continue to happen to others as well and hopefully get your money back in the process.

If you want to verify the above as being true...and to see the dozens of other victims. Do a google search on 02 sports or 02 Divine Spas or look at this companies ebay accounts listed above in the original posting and their customer reviews. Their account and their other ebay accounts they have been using have been shut down due to fraud but the reviews and the long list of vitims is all there.
