We bought our 2009 Oak Creek Mobile home from Tom at the Tulsa lot. The homes he showed us on the lot were beautiful homes. The quality of home that we looked at on the lot is exactly what we would like to have for out everyday living.

When our house was delivered there were many problems that we noticed right off, but Oakcreek assured us they would take care of all of these issues for us so we accepted the house and put our trust in Oak Creek's word.

When the house first arrivved the ceilings were in terrible shape. They were sagging down in several places, the seems were aweful, and there were even a few places where the walls were pushing up into the ceiling. Not only did this look distressing to the eye but it also concernd us of the quality house we had received. Also the electricity in the house did not work correctly upon delivery. Everything was wired backwards so only half the house had electricity. Because this was a fire hazzard we had to hire an electrician to fix the problem immediately and pay out of pocket to have this done. We were told by Oak Creek that we would be reimbersed for this but we were not and still cannot get them to reimburse us. There is no trim in the two spare closets. Both bathrooms have tears in the flooring. The kitchen floor is bowed really bad. The flooring in the kitchen was peeling up so Oak Creek put an extra piece of trim to stop this which looks very tacky and out of place.

This is far from all the problems we have and are dealing with. Last week we had the knob on the faucet in the master bath blow off and the water pressure almost went through the ceiling. Oak Creek says we are out of warrenty and will not fix this problem. This is the second time this has happened on the same bathtub.

We would like Oak Creek to stand behind their " Quality home" and do the right thing here.
