Oakwood Financial Lending Solutions DO NOT USE!!SCAM!! RUINED MY LIFE! Burlington Vermont

I was contacted by this company from an on-line lending/loan company. Oakwood Financial Lending Solutions told me they recieved my information from a site I had gave my contact information to for a loan. I spoke with Tim O'Hara over the phone several times in a few times. I was sent the information/packet of loan information and terms and conditions to sign and fax back so I could recieve my loan quicker. I was speaking with Tim O'Hara and then all of a sudden Richard became my new "agent" that I would be dealing with because Tim was no longer dealing with "my case" and Richard had taken over the file(my loan). Tim had told me I was approved for the loan of $10,000. I was shocked and very happy. Everything seemed like it was for real and I proceeded with filling out the information he needed. He told me due to the lack of credit or my bad credit they required a total of $965.00 prior to me recieving the loan because they wanted to make sure I could make the payments. He told me I could send it via moneygram because I was going to recieve the loan within 24 hours if I did it that way. I sent him the money along with at $14.16 processing fee. He told me to not tell Wal-Mart that this was for a loan because then I would have to pay a lot more for it being business related(a loan). He also told me to put in "Congraduations or Enjoy your spending spree or take care of my cousin" as the memo so they wouldn't see it as a large loan becase this would slow the process way down. I didn't write any of that in the memo slots. That was on Friday, over the weekend Richard told me Tim had made a mistake and the total amount due was for an additional $967.00 (LIKE I HAVE THIS KIND OF MONEY TO BE THROWING AWAY!!! NO!!!). So I came up with the money from the help of my family. I sent the money to where they said to have it sent to and within 3 hours my checking account was going to have the money in it. NOPE!!! DIDNT HAPPEN! Also the excuse was that the phones were down and I wouldn't be able to call into the company but Richard found a way to get a hold of me. He was acting very professional, telling me to hold on because he had another client on the phone etc. He walked me through EVERYTHING. I cant believe I didn't realize this was too good to be true! WE NEED TO STOP THESE GUYS! How can guys like this think it is ok to ruin people's lives by stealing their money this way?! If this happened to you take all legal actions you can to protect yourself! They asked for a lot of my personal information but I thought it was all legit because I got a loan before and it was on the same idea of how these guys are doing this. Richard also told me that he would add in an extra $2000.00 to the loan amount and extend the term because of the hassle I went through with the money issues. Now I am out $2,000.00 which obviously I could not afford to throw away! I hope these guys get what they deserve and we get our money back! Taking money like this from innocent people that are just trying to fix their financial mistakes is WRONG! Now I am hurting ALOT MORE financially due to this! THANK YOU TIM O'HARA and RICHARD! There goes my rent money for 4 months!
