Oakwood Homes - Vanderbilt Mortgage rip off, harrassers, jerks Greensboro North Carolina

Dear Boz (or it it Bozo) not everone who lives in a mobile home is trash. I also was a single mom trying to find a affordable home for me and my daughter. I purchased this home 8 years ago. When they finally brought the home to my property it sat there for almost three weeks before anyone set it up. I was not allowed a key to enter the home with I was told that it was against the law to go inside when the house was not set up.

I wish someone would have told me when the first payment came due that it was against the law to make payments on something that you couln't live in. Once the home is off the lot they do not know you anymore. I am by the grace of god going to make my last payment next month,I would have paid in full this month, however, each time I ask for a payoff they tell me a different quote. I was even asked by a phone rep did I have permission to pay the loan off. How stupid is that!!

Then after all that you get call asking about the payment when the payment isn't due. So Mr Boz I truly believe you are a Oakwood salesman or a Vanderbilt phone rep who by the way probably lives in a mobile home and drives a cadillac.
