OAN Laurentel, Inc. Unauthorized Charges thru Internet on Phone Bill USA Internet

I was charged on my Embarq phone bill $8.43 plus taxes totaled $9.02 stating Laurentel Setup Fee. Upon calling the number given they told me that I had requested a 1-800 number and I assured them that I did not and had no purpose for it and if I really had done it don't you think I would have been using it. I requested that they remove the charge immediately. Of course they said that it would be credited through the phone company 1-2 billing cycles. I then reiterated that I wanted it done immediediately. I followed up with my phone company to make them aware and told them we would not be paying the charges for this and that they should be recieving credit from OAN - Laurentel, Inc.
