OAN Or USA Voice Mail Scam / Rip Off OAN / USA Voice Mail unauthorized charges / refusal to reimburse Clearwater Florida

OAN Services, Inc. in Clearwater, FL intentionally charged, in my name, without myauthorization , USA Voicemail monthly fees to my AT&T phone bill for $13.92 a month for 21 months. OAN owes me $292.00. They said it would take 1-2 billing cycles to remove & they would only credit 3 months. To get the remainder of the refund I would need to fax the rest of the information or mail it to them. I did that as well as sending an online report to their website.

I then received a reply that OAN was not responsible for this billing which came from USA Voice Mail (a different company according to them). They were supposedly referring this to USA Voice Mail. USA VM has a phone number which has been disconnected.

I also contacted and filed complaints with: Better Business Bureau of Clearwater and plan to file complaints with all those concerned as well as those who have complaint websites. From many websites it seems that OAN aka USA Voice Mail has committed this fraud in the 1000s throughout the country.

The worst part is that I have no idea where they got my phone information to charge to my phone bill. AT&T should give up any contact with this scoundrels & thieves.
