OAN OAN SERVICES, Billingconcepts.com Ripoff - Charged Directory Assistance Calls to Nevada on my BellSouth Phone Bill Internet Only Internet

Just to let you know. It is correct! This is a scam!

I too was billed 2 charges for directory assistance calls to Nevada. When I called Telseven OAN SERVICES, the lady was rather good (I do run a call center but we are on the up and up!). I asked her if she was aware that she was working for a company listed on ripoffreport.com. She was aware and did not care.

From my point of view, I would have to admit, they must be paying quite a lot or either get people in to work for them and answer the phones who do not have any ethics. If someone said to me, we are a scam company but I am going to pay you $15 per hour to answer phones and dodge customers, I could not do it. Obviously there are some out there.

After doing research about the company and scouring the internet for information. I came across the website of www.billingconcepts.com where I have sent an email to:

I have asked her to respond in writing leting me know what her position is before I persue this any further.

I do hope that she responds as her company is listed as the host company for the www.oanservices.com website. I found this out by doing a DNS reverse lookup on Oanservices.com.
