OAN Services - Privasafe Ripoff Fradulent charges on phone bill for services I did not order Nationwide

Boy was I surprised to open up my phone bill and find an additional charge of $14.95 for e-mail services from OAN Services that I did not order. I called the 1-800 number provided and found out this company was called Privasafe. They had told me who authorized the charges, so I assumed I had agreed to something while transferring information.

It wasn't until I did an internet search that I discovered that many more people were taken by these fradulent practices. I cancelled the service and was assured by "Charlie" the company representative, that I would not be billed again. This remains to be seen.

One of the rip-off reports gave me the idea to talk to my phone company and tell them not to allow any 3rd party billing to be added to my bill. This seems to be the only recourse as of now.
