OAN Services - USA Voicemail - ACI Billing ripoff with fraudulent billing through phone company courtesy billing service Northridge California

This company fraudulently billed my phone $19.95 and then agreed to remove the charge when I protested in September of 04. Now it is January of 05 and the bill is still there accruing late fees even though the protest is registered with the phone company. I have reported this to SBC billing and met very little success. The idea is that if they bill all SBC DSL customers, most people will just pay it assuming it is for some obscure service. Multiply that over the thousands of customers and you can make millions! It is simple, the phone company is required to try and collect the money. The company gets the customer list from the phone companys data base. What a rip! I haven't paid it and I won't.
