I received a bill from Quest which included a charge for a call to (702)555-1212. We were not home when the call was supposedly made. It was described as "To DA ASSIST".

I did an online search by phone number and found the number was registered to Alvarez, Gabe - Reno, NV. I then did a search for OAN Services, Inc. and found this website with multiple complaints concerning the company and the same phone number.

I attempted to call both OAN and TELESEVEN LLC and both were unavailable. I tried to call Quest and found they were unavailable.

I ended up firing off an e-mail to Quest after searching their website for the elusive complaint desk.

It appears that OAN is a company that runs a blatant scam that relys on people becoming frustrated with the maze of misdirection that they've been thrown into and just paying the bill.
