Received my November 2004 bill today and was charged by this unknown Service Provider $6.17.

Called Bell South to report the error in billing and was told to call the Service Provider.

Called them and heard a recording whereas they just gave their address and fax number; no one to answer the billing inquiries. I am not paying this bill.
