Oasis Delray Beach, formerly known as Archstone Apartments, has an unprofessional management staff. The company never addressed noise complaint issues from our neighboring apartments barking dogs ("they always said just call the sheriffs, we can't do anything about it"). Now after moving out, the company has tried to charge us for new carpet and an early termination fee, even though our carpet was in good shape and we paid through the end of our contract.

While we were trying to solve the bill issues, we had been talking to the office staff multiple times on the and had requested proof of these charges, they sent us to a debt collector (pretty sure it is illegal to send someone to a debt collector while they are waiting for proof of charges otherwise I'd people would make up fake debts all the time). Our lease ended July 2013 and it is now January 2014 and they still have failed to provide the debt collector and us PROOF of the damages and charges. Yet I still have to deal with getting harassed by a debt collector.
