Our experience started out well. We set up a contract online and had verification of our move date months in advance. The movers showed up on the day they said, but that is where it started going south. I was flying out west to meet my wife and movers, and was unavailable to be with my wife when the movers showed up. The movers told my wife, who is elderly, that she needed to sign a new contract or they could not do the job and would have to leave. The said they were being directed by Oasis and cohersed my wife into signing a new and more expensive contract. After arriving, I told Oasis I did not agree with the new contract and expected them to honor the original contract. They refused, saying they had a signed contract from my wife, even if it was signed under duress. Bait and switch.

The move did not go any better. The movears were on time, but the truck was three days late. These guys apparently do not have there own trucks and they contract out. They covered some furniture but let peaves uncovered and put tape directly on the wood finish of expensive furnature. Many peaces were damage in the move due to the lack of protection. They left numerous breakable items in drawers. They put breakable items unprotected in boxes.

When end they arrived at our new location, they told us that we would have to pay an extra $1,100 in cash for a shuttle service, even though we had a sighed contract saying that there would be no additional charges. The movers said they were being directed by Oasis. Oasis told me it was up to the movers and that they would put our belongings in storage if we did not pay. Our belongings were being held hostage.

Several items were damaged either from not being protected, or tape being applied directly to the items. They were undermanned when they delivered. Only a driver and 60 year old helper. They lost control of our refrigerator moving it down a short stair case, gauging our wall. If you think this kind of treatment is ethical, then this company is for you. We are in contact with state authorities and an investigation is underway.
