The respose that these thieves gave them was untrue and was contrary to my evidence. Indiana chose the theives side. I am completely astounded at the ATG's email today. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE TOTALITY THAT WAS STOLEN FROM ME. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FOLKS. THE government in Indiana is a joke.  Here is the current status of what these thieves have done now. A man named Steven left a message on the answerer telling me to STOP emailing them about my remaining refund of $89.92 because: ' We have refunded your account in full.' Their Steven said. I take it like : YOU GOT ALL YOU'RE GETTING. It was there own statements that said to contact them if the refund did not come through. I even offered to mail hard copies of my bank printouts if they would send me their physical address, but they declined. Steven also said : ' If you want to reach out to us you can call.' This is exactly true to form from what I said all along. When they get you on the phone they simply flat out lie , or act like smart asses. And I will wager, that as wanna be internet thieves they know how voice recordings stack up vs. actual written statements. Now, ALL OF THE WORLD CAN SEE HOW THEIR SCHEME WORKS. IT IS UNFOLDING BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES. I WILL stop emailing them & I will also inform on them. Sure hope they still have all my emails and the things they've written back! Its ON, AMERICA

 The associates here DID give me a partial refund. When I first contacted them I spoke to Brandy. Brandy offered me 35% of the money they ripped off out of my bank. I, in turn; told Brandy that I would not negotiate and ended the call. She called right back and said she had 'permission' from her 'supervisor' to offer me 50% of my money back and I said that I was going to make a stink, and ended intentionally the call again. During said call, Brandy said that if I returned a product (refused) their so called warehouse in Santa Ana California would just ship the product straight back to me. I told her that wasnt even a believable statement. They wont put things in writing. They say to call them. The current status is as follows: A woman named Crystal gave me a 10 digit code and said that it was my proof that they did, in fact; refund $89.92 on the 8th of November 2016. It is absolutely a bold faced lie! If you tap that code that always is blue, it turns in to a phone # of someone in Selma, Alabama. That someone claims they no nothing about what I am talking about, BECAUSE I ACTUALLY CALLED THAT CODE AS A PHONE # ! ! ! I have a text from USPS saying that the Santa Ana location received the merchandise back to original sender. There's nothing to bill me for now. Now, since the original Ripoff Report, they have reverified my account and will only send a message to call them. I want them to be held accountable for what they did & I want this out and settled in front of the whole world. If one simply researches Diet Plus on the internet, everything under the sun pops up. I'm wondering how big of a scam I've uncovered and just how intricate it may be. I wont make any more deals with them on the telephone. I have changed a number. They just lie, over & over again with what are evidently form type responses... I dont have to remember anything I'm saying because I am bound to tell THE TRUTH, and that is exactly what I am doing.
