Oates Energy Inc. has ripped me off more than $100.00 dollars in 4 years.
Every time i send my payment they claim it is late and they charged me extra $10.00 dollars, not even 3 or 5 dollars like the other decent companies do.
When i call customer service their answer was always there's nothing we can do just contact US Postal Services. What kind of Customer service is that? and even though i always sent my payments with 3 or 4 business days in advance prior to their due date they still claim that the payment got there late, funny thing is that they are located in Florida, Jacksonville and that normally only takes 1 or maybe 2 day to deliver.
On top of that they charge another extra $10.00 Dollars for some trash service that i don't have. This is Ridiculous!!!
Just be careful, i think this is not fair for anyone.
