my wife and i saved for 20yrs. to go on our 20yr. anniversary trip to neuvo vallarta mexico,last week of feb,2012, for one week, we got there 12:30a.m sat morning, but we were excited to get there so we went to the bar on the beach, you could say we finally relaxed after years of  blood sweat and tears. we got up in the morning to go and have breakfast, when we got off the elevator this is when our dream became a nightmare,

this lady came to us straight from her desk which is right in front of the elevator, asked us if we went to a meeting, we said we were going to get something to eat, she said it would only be a minute, and took us to the office, ( hells door), 2 sales people came to us and started, my wife asked is this timeshareing (they said no), they took us for breakfast, never leaving us alone,!

showed us around, showed us the rooms, then back to hells office , this is where 2 more sales people worked on our dreams of retiring at a sunny resort. they gave us more drinks, and more drinks! after 8 hours we finally signed just to get away from them, everyday they made sure to show us a good time! on the 4th. day we handed in our cancellation , which they said no too, they held back a final bill of sale from us ( only aloud 24hrs to cancell)

we were deceived, we signed a contract drunk, did not have my reading glasses, and tired! after drilling us for 8 hrs. by 4 high pressure sales  people,! we closed our credit card , they still have our downpayment, there is still more to this story but i am running out of space, We are asking for help to cancell our contract and the return of our downpayment , Thank- you  and  god bless
