We recently signed up for A travel agency member program. I have sit at my computer for 2 and three hours at a time trying to assess the links that was sent to in our welcome letter. We charged the total amount of money to our credit card. We signed up several months ago and have not been able to get any information from the web link that was provided.

I too was a part of Ocean Blue and was marketed by Omniquest out of houston. Ocean Blue 1 year ago was so responsive to questions until the complaints came flying in.
I took them and thier marketing firm to the BBB and got my money refunded due to the promises that were not fulfilled. They claim to give you a condo week, with your pkg. i challenge you to reserve it to only find out you owe 700.00. The hotel deal is none better than any travelzoo interent special.
If I was you I would get your money back quick otherwise you will continue to get the run around again and be ready to cough up 150.00 to renew your membership. My pkg was 1995.00 and it came all inclusive. How much was yours? 1995, 2995, 3995, 4995.
The speial on travel and CLIA is a bunch of crap.
