Grace Werner Used Amazon's gift card process for free shipping , redeemed gift card but never sent the Nikon camera. Internet

Found the Nikon camera deal on line. I reviewed a lot of companies and looked at many offers. I decided on ocfbc.com offer because they had the best package and the best warranty (sept. 25 2014). I followed their process and while checking out they offered me free shipping and directed me to Amazon gift card section. I filled out the gift card and sent it to Grace Wener at OCFBC. My order was then upgraded to processing (Sept. 26, 2104, it had been pending until Ms. Werner recieved the gift card. Since then I have had no response to the e-mails I have sent to Grace Werner or OCFBC. They do not have a phone number and never provided any shipping information. I have contacted Amazon and my credit card company to stop payment and filed a fraudulent claim (Oct. 7, 2014).
