O'charleys Restraunt Tupelo, MS Lisa Wells- service manager ABUSIVE EMPLOYEE- to other emplyess within view and earshodt of customer Tupelo, Mississippi

While returning from rest room of this establishment. I witnessed-Manager Lisa Wells  with other employees around her; single out one employee - pointing her finger at the employee and talking VERY  RUDELY and loudly.


This incident was very  unprofessional.  I became  so  enraged by her uncouth behavior, I no longer wished to continue my meal at the restraunt.

 (I had only ordered a beverage. I left money on the table to cover the  beverage.)

I drove to my friends house  and decided that unless  this "monster" was reported the behavior would likely continue.

I returned and sat in the bar area and descreteley asked questions to fill in my information for this report.  I learned that this type of behavior is frequent where this Lisa Wells is concerned.  She was  described as: moody, belligerant,condescending and "believes she is God"- that she knows all things and never does anything wrong.. It was also conveyed that she  buddies up to some employees under her supervision and  also  has a few she persecutes. The employee I saw her go after must have been one of the ones she persecuted.

I do not eat out very often.  I now, will never return to any  O'Charley's establishment.

If one  location allows this sort of "monster" to work there,  and the behavior is not a one time episode...  It makes me wonder how well the  company is run, What kind of quality and safety of the food  can be found in that location or any others??!
