Ochoplacas Tattoo No respect for the customers Westchester Florida

I was very excited about all the wonderful reviews I read online about this tattoo shop, when I called to make an appointment to get about $2,000 worth of tattoo's done on my body by the owner who's name is Jose Carrera. When I called I was told I have to wait 2-3 months to get in for a single session. So I went ahead a took the first available 3 months away. As the days got closer I made arrangements to take off work for the day, considering that I lived in Palm Beach County 2 1/2 hours round trip. So I called to confirm a week before they told me everything is OK. So on the day of my appointment one hour before I was to leave I called again to confirm they said OK... So I drove all the way there went inside I was told that they called him Jose, & he is on his way. Ok so we waiting on the little chair in the front for a couple hours & asked what is going on? They say that he should be here any minute so after I waiting for 4-5 hours I asked again what is going on? Now all the employee's tell me that they have not seen Jose in a week and he has mental problems & also Bi-polar. So I wanted to know why I was not told this before I waiting 5 hours?? So I left (What a real waste of my time.) It has now been 4 weeks since that day and I have not heard a thing from them, They have all my contact information, but still haven't even called to apologize, and try to reschedule. There are so many good tattoo artists out there I would never waste my worst enemies time to go here.
