Ocwen Federal Bank FSB - Ocwen Loan Servicing We were ripped off and now can't get refied because of Ocwen RIPOFF Carol Stream Illinois, Orlando Florida

Ocwen is the biggest rip off company that I have ever heard about in all my 52 years. I can not even comprehend how they can get away with what they are doing to the American consumer.

We bought a home in March 2003 and Ocwen bought our Mortgage. Now we have been in a forbearance for a year and they are reporting us on the credit reports as being in a forclosure because we are now out of the forbearance. They say that we owe them $2777.40.We paid them a down payment to keep our home out of a forclosure in Feb 2004 and then signed the forbearnace agreement 2004.

Now we are in debt to them for God knows how much and we will more than likely lose our home. They also are saying that the evaluation fees and the inspection fees are fees they have had to pay to have someone to DRIVE by our home to see if we are cutting the grass and that all the windows are intact in the home and not broken. They say it is because they need to know that we are taking care of their property. How can they be so cruel ? They are charging us double interest and double pricipal on our home. They say we owe attorney fees and collection fees.

I thought that they already got all the money up front to do that. We did have to pay a large amount of money to keep from losing our home. And we were only 2 paymenst behind. I even asked them if we could make our apyments and add alittle more. And they said NO.

So there you have it. We have been raped and left to be homeless because our so called Government has decided that they need to send all our information over to INDIA and that we should be grateful to have a home to begin with and that if we would pay our bills this kind of thing would not happen to us or to anyone else.

Please we want to be apart of any lawsuit out there. ASAP please. We have 8 days to come up with that $2777.40 or we are in deep you know what. Thank you for listening and for caring. At least the people that are in the same shape we are. Those of you that work for Ocwen can kiss my ---.
