Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, Ocwen Loan Servicing RIPOFF, WRONGFUL USE OF COURTS, FALSE BILLINGS,FALSE CHARGES Orlando Florida, Carol Stream Illinois

Like so many others on this site, our loans were bought by Ocwen and this has been a nightmare since day one !
First off, when the loan was sold to Ocwen, our payment had already been sent to the old mortgage company and we were notified 7 days after the payment was sent, that the loan had been sold.

Still have not seen credit for this payment and is showing late on our credit report and has for almost 3 years ! Nothing has been done to change this matter even after numerous attempts.

The very next month's payment was due on the first of the month and we were paid on the second of the month and the payment was sent, but as my wife and i were sit outside on our deck drinking our morning coffee, we get a phone from Ocwen ( someone who did not speak good english) demanding to know why our payment was late.
I informed that person that the payment was not late the we had a 15 day grace period to make the payments and it was only the third of the month, that the payment had been make on their web site and even gave comfirmation number !

Ocwen has harrassed us evry since that time, we got behind on our payments for a couple for months because trying to keep up with the ever changing payment and because of a death in the family, try as we might we could not get any help from Ocwen !

They started forecloser, which we contacted an attorney and ended up fileing a chapter 13 to pay the rears and so we could keep everything current from that point on. Well that did not work well, just seemed to make Ocwen that much more set on jack cost up !

Two weeks ago Ocwen's attorney sent a notice to lift the stay of the bankrupty and they were going to foreclose again for non-payment for the past three months ( the payments had been made ). I contacted my attorney and he file complaint in federal court and they back off. We have a first and a second notes with Ocwen ( 80/ 20 package)this was on the little note the second.

Well two week later, here we go again!!! We sent our payments into Ocwen and the checks have been cashed and the attoney has contacted our attorney and said we paid the wrong amount, so our attorney contacted us to tell us it was wrong and i informed him it was not by our records( check of over $800.00 sent for the first note and they are say we only sent $660.00 and that we were still short 230.00 )!

Where is our money going and how can we stay current with this type of accounting ? They informed our attorney that they will start forecloser again if not paid. The big problem here, is that they jacking cost up to the point were we can not afford to pay the payments !!
