Ocwen Federal Bank FSB Urgent! Ocwen changed its addresses overnight to hurt its victims even more Orlando Florida .....

My dear fellows:

Ocwen Federal Bank, out of desperation, changed all its mailing addreses to victimize us, borrowers, even more. They did it over night. I got their second statement dated April 4, today, May 17, 2003, with a different address to mail the payments. And a lot of changes, easy to read, as always. All of us know how easily this monster shows his true intentions!

I had already received my statement for my mortgage payment due May, dated April 2 (I usually pay well in advance to be able to cope with the problems Ocwen creates in its constant efforts not to post them properly or not to post them at all).

First at all, the statement looks crowder. They claim is easier to read now ( their excuse and a lie). At the bottom, they assume you are in entering bankrupcy or about to do it, so they ask you to sen them all your numbers: home, work, page, cellular,emails, etc. etc. so they can torment you at all times. They imply you never pay them. Tha's the reason for your bankrupcy. It's understandable; remember their propaganda says they are in the market to help subprime people to keep their homes. It is just the opposite; but they need to show they offer us a service. They want the courts, the media, the politicians, the investors... all that stupid people outhere, to believe that lie, or at least, help them to pretend they believe it.

There is a payment coupon in the front with the address you are to use if you use regular mail. Most of us know what happens if we use regular mail! But if you don't use it, that is not the address to send the payments using that way.

In this new "easier" to read statement there is $40 voucher. They want to look good! They will give you $10 cash, quaterly, so you can use it for food, phone, and other utilities (they can not be used "as a credit to your mortgage account". By accepting this voucher that you have to sign for their forgery and the use of fresh signatures,and including it with your payment, we can participate in some kind of club that will offer us a lot of discounts in a lot of commercial items and services from companies with a lot of "insiders" that will help Ocwen in the making of our grave sooner and faster.

This is not all! The bak of the page has new addresses for evry thing and all different kinds of payments. We all know that we got be exacting with these. I am goin to list the, and know is a long list for all of you that didn't receive your statement or never receive it. Its Ocwen's new desperate ways to make us all look bad and hurt us big time once more. They are as follow:

They also created a new office called Collection Department: 800-446-2936, and their new Customer Relations Representatives: 800-746-2936. Noticed they changed only the 2 first digits after the usual 800, thes numbers are very similar, I already called them to find out if they have in mind to do a lot of collections. Anyway, I think they want to play ball with all of us now. There is also a ridiculous Schedule of Fees, like if they didn't charge enough fees already. Ocwen is falling apart and want to hurt us as much as it can and show the world we are all "subprime" in its way down. DESPICABLE OCWEN!
