Ocwen Federal Bank Ripoff and stole our home right from under our feet! With no notice. Orlando Florida

Two years ago we refinanced our home that we have had since 1987 in order to get cash out to expand our home. Since we started with Ocwen it was nothing but a headache. They claimed all my payments we always late. Then I would get foreclosure notices with added fees, charges and misc. I would call millions of times and never get a live person. I would send emails and get not responses. Then when I finally did get someone I could understand them. Once I got ahold of them I would make arrangements and was told okay everything is fine. Then out of nowhere another foreclosure notice. It would take days and weeks to get ahold of someone and then I was told I owed even more. They just keep added and I never got ahead. The payment amounts keep changing and I was never notified of that.

Then all of a sudden I get a letter in the mail from an attorney telling me that the house was sold at a trustee's sale on April 28th. This letter was dated May 10th. In the letter it stated that I had to call them and make arrangements to be out by May 6th???? I never got notice of any sale in the mail. Never got any phone call from anyone. Now I have a family of six who are going to be homeless. My whole family is heartbroken over this matter as my children have grown up in this house. This is so upsetting that it has made me emotionally and physically sick. It doesn't seem fair that they can go and sell a person's house without even notifing anyone.

I wish I would have know what I know now then about them. I am willing to join in on any and all class actions suits that is against them. They are differently destroying dreams and lives of innocent people. Now we are at a spot where we have no idea what we are going to do. We have no place to go and now with the way Ocwen did us wrong they have surely damaged our credit which will make it impossible to get into a new home.
