We used a mortgage company to buy our first home and they sold the loan after 6 months to Ocwen Federal Bank. Throughout the time, they charged us outrageous fees and other advances??? on our statement. When called abot these fees they basically said deal with it.
We decided to get out from that loan and sell our home, we hired a realtor that just so happens to market and sale all of Ocwen's Foreclosures for that city.
We went on and on for months with Ocwen and finally got them to agree to the sale after trying to foreclose on our home. Now we are left with a Charge off of 6800 on our credit reports and they have their money and we have all the statements stating that fact. This company is a rip off and has scared us away from ever buying ahome again.
