OCWEN FEDERAL BANK LOAN SERVICE RIPOFF HAD HEART ATTACK,GOT BEHIND TRIED TO MAKE IT UP,REFUSED LATE PAYMENT,STARTED FORECLOSURE ORLANDO Florida

Almost three years ago I had a massive heart attack,due to this I was off work for a 6 weeks.I got behind on my mortage.These people hounded me day and night till I finally was caught up.The calls would come at all hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.They claimed payment not received even though they were sent Quick Collect Western Union each time, but once. Upon returning to work I found I could not longer do my original job and had to take a large paycut.My employer due to financial crunching & what they said was impeding War cut most of our earnings by 10%.My health eventually lead to my having to retire a year ago.

My partner works full time & was having a hard time on one income to keep up with the payments on schedule. Due to this she was making bi-weekely payments to try to get this back on track.. This was not acceptible to them. In July of last year she made the end of the month payment,one week later made another full payment.Both payments were returned and a notice of forclosure was given even though this was now paid up to date.They again were claiming we were two months behind,payments not received. Their interest rate was now at 10 3/4%. They badgered us to take their insurance almost weekly through letters even though we had,had insurance through a private Company since day one.We repeatedly sent them notices from our Insurance Rep of this.On forclosure notice it was stated we owed them $2000.00 for insurance on the house,along with excessive attorney fees,& court fees...
